After a long and difficult process, Cody finally received word and found out he got the job! In February we will be packing up a U-haul, along with two very stressed out cats, and moving to Washington, DC!
So, once again, this Southern girl is headed north to try out another big city. I will miss so many things about living in New Orleans (especially my family...sniff sniff) but I'm looking forward to the little adventures that will be waiting for us in DC. I'm especially looking forward to lots of museums, and of course, cherry blossoms;)
I've started this blog as a way to keep up with family and friends that are far away and also as a way to document our lives in a new city. But if my mama is the only person reading this...well, that's ok too!
Love,
Erin
I love it! I hope I won't be the annoying person commenting all the time. Cherry blossoms - sounds like you're going to Japan.
